Does any of this sound familiar?

  • "There's so much information."

  • "Am I reading this correctly?"

  • "I'm not sure what I'm looking at."

  • "I'll come back to it another day."

You're not alone.

Many nurses receive NHS Pension information throughout their career but are often left wondering what it's actually telling them.

Whether your pension information is available through your employer's Total Reward Statement (TRS), My NHS Pension, or an Annual Benefit Statement (ABS), understanding what the documents contain isn't always straightforward.

HOW I CAN HELP

Helping you understand your NHS Pension information

This private one-to-one telephone session is designed to help you better understand the information contained within your NHS Pension documents.

Together, we'll work through the documents you provide, explaining:

  • what the information shows

  • how it is presented

  • the purpose of different sections

  • how different NHS Pension documents relate to one another

  • factual questions about the information they contain.

Every appointment is tailored to the documents available to you and delivered privately, professionally and confidentially.

WHAT YOUR SESSION MAY INCLUDE

Every nurse's NHS Pension history is different, so every session is tailored to the documents you provide.

Depending on your circumstances, these may include:

  • Your NHS Pension statement (accessed through your employer's Total Reward Statement (TRS) or My NHS Pension, depending on your circumstances)

  • Information available through My NHS Pension

  • NHS Business Services Authority correspondence

  • Other NHS Pension documents relevant to your appointment.
